I’m a trauma-attuned healing guide.
As in trauma or chronic accumulated stress over the years, which is what usually stands between a human who has tried all the things and a human who has accessed their essence and actively building inner harmony. What I do is guide the human who is open and curious to get access to their truth, so they can start reprograming and restructuring what no longer fits. My work is relational, intuitive, and always collaborative. I use a plethora of modalities with clients including different types of movement, parts work, artistic expression, slowness and presence, education, and all around connection to our vessel breath, body, and sound in an immersion I have created called SADR.
I have trained with the Polyvagal Institute.
And so many others in the trauma space including Gabor Maté, Richard Schwartz, Frank Anderson, Thomas Hübl, Bessel Van Der Kolk, and so so many more. I understand these are all men of a certain heritage, which is why I weaved and grounded those teachings in ancient wisdoms. I also deepened my relationship with my own culture as an Iranian and started to also study the true history of our world about the cultures we’ve built to survive in and the true history of our countries. So my work is deeply environmental, cultural, community, and of course individual aware.
I have integrated my knowledge into my daily practice.
Seven years of learning about my nervous system and getting back to my first love dance has been the pillars of the foundation that I’ve built for myself. From 12-steps to retreats I went from transferring my addiction to healing work to truly surrendering to the wisdom of my body and design as a human, and that’s when things started to shift in a very unsexy way. It is a slow and steady journey with multitude of miracles and imperfections to move through. I talk about and show more of my journey in depth on my Patreon.

Who is Leila & Why She Does This Work

The SADR Method stands for Somatic Alchemy → Discovery → Reconnection.
It is a trauma-attuned, body-led process designed to help you move through stuck survival patterns and reconnect with your embodied Self.
Rather than focusing only on thinking or talking, this work begins with the body—gently exploring sensation, awareness, movement, sound, and creative expression. From there, we move into insight and integration so that what you learn becomes something you can live, not just understand.
-
Somatic work is a body-based approach to healing and self-awareness.
It focuses on how your nervous system holds experiences, emotions, and survival responses. Many patterns we experience—like anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm—are stored in the body, not just the mind.
This work helps you:
Reconnect with your body
Understand your nervous system
Move through emotional patterns
Feel more present and grounded
Return to your authentic Self
-
Each session is experiential, body-led, and customized to you.
Depending on your needs and nervous system capacity, sessions may include:
Gentle movement or stretching
Somatic breath or sound (such as humming or vocalization)
Writing, drawing, or creative expression
Sensory awareness practices
Nervous system education
Music-guided somatic processing
Reflection and integration
You will never be forced to share or do anything you are not ready for. We move at the pace of your nervous system—not pressure.

No. I am not a licensed therapist.
I am a trauma-integrated somatic reorientation guide and nervous system translator. This work is educational, somatic, and integrative in nature.
It does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a therapist, this work can often complement that process
