1:1 Support
-
If you feel like this work is calling you, my stuff has spoken to you, and you feel curious and open to exploring what’s going on on quite a deep level, then you will most likely take a lot from this immersion! Curiosity is going to be a strong anchor throughout this journey for you.
Here are some examples of potential clients:
If you’ve been noticing some harsh or extreme beliefs, narratives, or behaviors that are coming up for you and taking over your life, and you think it’s time to address them.
If you are in a life transition, like changing careers or navigating hard family dynamics, and you see the opportunity to start exploring who you really are as you navigate it.
If you have tried everything under the sun and have moved the needle only a teeny tiny bit, and you feel really ready to address the core of what’s been going on.
If you are in the middle of burnout and learning what that is, or have been learning so much about it but are not quite sure what to do with all of that information, and want integrative support to learn how to navigate it.
Basically, if you feel stuck in some way and want to get to the bottom of it, this immersion could definitely be an option.

This is the deepest way that I support clients, and every immersion is highly individualized. By the time we begin our first session, we'll already have had a few conversations, and I'll tailor the immersion based on everything we've explored together.
While every immersion is unique, a three-session one might look something like this:
Session One: We begin by learning about your body through a series of simple movements, guided explorations, or other practices that help us understand how your system communicates and responds.
Sessions Two & Three: We build on what emerged in the previous session, following what your body, experiences, and intentions reveal rather than following a predetermined formula.
Every session includes dedicated integration and personalized practices to support you between sessions. Depending on your needs, we may begin with education before moving into body-based exploration, or we may start with direct experience. SADR is always adapted to the individual.

The immersion has a minimum of 3 sessions (once a month) because this work needs time and slowness to soak in and find its way into your body and psyche.
Having said that, if you want a slower pace, 3 sessions can also be spread out over a longer period of time—like a 4-month immersion with 3 sessions. The absolute fastest option is 3 sessions over 3 months. Based on your goals and what you'd like to work on, I may suggest—or you may want—longer-term support of 4+ sessions.
The timing of the immersion is:
Each SADR session is 2 hours and takes place once a month.
So, a 3-session immersion takes 3 months.
It includes text/email support in between sessions.
You also have the option of scheduling 1:1 one-hour check-ins with me between sessions if something comes up and you want live support.

If everything feels aligned so far and you feel the nudge inside to work with me, then here’s what happens after you press the Apply button:
This will take you to a page where you can schedule a connection call with me. Answer the 5 questions as best as you can, and find a time that works best for you.
In our call, we’ll get connected and explore how we can work together. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, I will send you a private link to schedule your sessions.

As you have probably noticed already throughout the website, or perhaps my Instagram, I don’t call myself a coach. That is one of the biggest differences. Instead of the usual expectations of motivating, strategizing, and providing accountability often associated with coaching, I am more known for bringing a surgical level of pattern detection, offering profound insight, reframing perspectives, and helping people orient themselves toward what they cannot yet see.
This level of depth and discernment is also reflected in the immersion that I’ve built. Rather than focusing primarily on changing behaviors from the outside in, this work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns underneath, surrendering to the wisdom of the body, and learning to listen to ourselves, so that sustainable growth can happen from a more integrated place.
This immersion is grounded in science as well as ancient wisdom and my own lived experience. So you’d be led by someone who has swum those depths herself first. 🌀
Another difference is that this immersion follows the intelligence of your body and includes all aspects of what makes us human: body, psyche, mind, and soul. I am not following a specific framework. In this immersion, you will experience a blend of frameworks that I’ve learned and practiced on myself for the past 7 years. There will also be new things that emerge organically that I haven’t planned beforehand, while still remaining within my capacity to safely hold the space. That is one of the most rewarding things that can happen in a collaborative space.
You are co-creating with me as we move through the sessions and the immersion as a whole. I am the one guiding, still, but as we move forward, you’ll feel more and more empowered to let me know what feels most supportive as we move through the work together.

This work slow cooks in your body, and depending on the amount of sessions that we’ve had together, you will continue the integration process for yourself. Slowly but surely, these new practices will emerge in all of your relationships—inside of yourself and on the outside.
I will be here, of course, for continued support if you desire. My hope is that as you go deeper into this work, you rely more and more on your own divine guidance and on your community from the foundation that we have built together.
-
This immersion is about your reconnection with the wisdom that's already within you, so you can build a more authentic relationship with yourself, others, and the life you're creating. As we move through the work together, we go with the pace of your body, and your permission and active participation are the priority every step of the way.
You're always welcome to pause, ask questions, or say no to anything that doesn't feel supportive in the moment.
It is not about fixing you, diagnosing you, or replacing the care of a physician, therapist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare professional. If you're already working with a therapist, this immersion can be a complement to the work you're already doing.
During the application process, I'll let you know if I believe you'd be better supported by another practitioner or another form of support.
